1. What Items Are Eligible for Return?
- The item was purchased directly from wearix.com.bd.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- No signs of wear, damage, or washing.
- All accessories, gifts, and freebies must be returned.
Note: Items purchased on sale or promotion may have different return terms.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Wearix.
- If the return is due to size, preference, or change of mind, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
If approved, we will proceed with your refund or resolution.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: approximately 5–10 business days after approval.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is completed.
6. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return and reorder. Please return the unwanted item
and place a new order for the desired product or size.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products missing original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards and clearance items.
- Products marked as non-returnable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
