and within the estimated timeframe. Please review our delivery policy below for important information
regarding shipping timelines, charges, and conditions.

1. Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka Metropolitan: 2–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

2. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 80
• Nearby Dhaka Area: 100
• Outside Dhaka: 120
• Orders exceeding 25 kg (inside Dhaka) or
  30 kg (outside Dhaka) may require additional delivery time and charges.

3. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
• Each order is delivered to one address only. Separate orders are required for multiple addresses.

4. Courier Service

We use only trusted courier partners to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to natural disasters, national emergencies,
or circumstances beyond our control.
