1. Customer Commitment
Our mission is to provide the best possible customer service and shopping experience.
Customers are expected to inspect their product in the presence of the delivery personnel.
If any product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has size or pricing issues at the time of delivery,
it must be returned immediately to the delivery person after confirmation from our customer service.

3. Ordering Policy
- Services are available only for products displayed as in stock on our website.
- Each order is shipped to one destination address only. Separate orders are required for multiple addresses.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
4. Delivery Policy Summary
- Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Return & Exchange Policy Summary
- Products must be checked in front of the delivery personnel.
- If any issue is found, the product must be returned immediately after customer service confirmation.
- Size exchanges may be requested within 72 hours of delivery (subject to product condition).
- Returned products must be unused, clean, with original tags and invoice.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order (price difference may apply).
- Delivery charges for returns or exchanges may apply depending on payment method.
- Discounted or clearance products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. Refund Policy Summary
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing time typically takes 7–10 working days.
7. Force Majeure
Wearix Shop shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform
due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters,
national emergencies, courier disruptions, or technical failures.
