- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- No signs of wear, damage, or washing.
- All accessories, gifts, and freebies must be returned.
Note: Items purchased on sale or promotion may have different return terms.

and place a new order for the desired product or size.

- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products missing original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards and clearance items.
- Products marked as non-returnable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
